Purpose of the role
To drive business growth by managing customer accounts and supporting sales activities, while understanding client needs and delivering effective solutions. The role focuses on building strong customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring high-quality service through market insights and accurate CRM management. Fluency in French (B2) is essential to effectively support and engage with French-speaking customers.
You will be Responsible for:
Managing assigned customer accounts and supporting sales activities to meet business targets
Understanding customer requirements and providing suitable solutions
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
Communicating market trends, pricing updates, and policy changes
Identifying and developing new business opportunities
Conducting market and competitor analysis
Maintaining accurate and timely updates in CRM systems
Handling French-speaking customers and supporting sales in French (B2 certified fluency required)
Qualifications
Graduate of any bachelor's degree.
Fluent in English with good communication skills.
