Purpose of the role:
The role focuses on managing and growing a defined customer portfolio by building strong relationships, identifying business opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions aligned with business objectives while ensuring high customer satisfaction and performance.
You will be responsible for:
Managing assigned customer accounts and driving sales performance
Identifying customer needs and providing appropriate solutions
Building strong relationships and understanding customer business requirements
Driving business growth by pursuing and securing opportunities
Communicating market trends, pricing updates, and policy changes
Ensuring accurate and timely updates in CRM/customer management tools
Demonstrating ownership, accountability, and proactive problem-solving
Identifying process gaps and driving operational improvements
Collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer experience and performance
Maintaining agility, attention to detail, and a solution-oriented approach in a dynamic environment.

Purpose of the role
Accounting Operations involves managing day-to-day financial transactions with accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations. It includes roles such as cost accounting, budget accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, and invoicing.
You will be Responsible for:
Overseeing day-to-day financial transactions with accuracy and ensuring compliance with regulations, accounting principles, and standards.
Allocating and analyzing direct and indirect costs and performing actual vs. budgeted cost variance analysis.
Developing and monitoring annual revenue and expense budgets to control funds and measure operating results.
Managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, and invoicing activities.
Supporting business operations by performing skilled technical, administrative, or operational tasks.
Qualifications
Graduate of any bachelor's degree.
Fluent in English with good communication skills.
