Key Responsibilities

• Manager and Control Trucking Driver Work Shift,

• Analyze operation data such as fuel consumption, speed, driver’s behavior

• Coordinate with internal function such as dispatchers, technician, and admin to ensure that there are enough resources

• Monitoring and Control of Trucking Area to comply with HSSE global standard

• Coordinate with HR and others party for company activities

• Arrange monthly meeting with truck drivers

• Monitoring of drivers attendance records

• Do month end summary of operation data and send to Finance department including incentive and other benefit for driver.

Who We Are Looking For

An energetic talent who will grow along with the company, possessing qualifications below:

• At least 03 to 05 years’ experience as Trucking Management / Fleet Transportation or similar role(s) in logistics industry

• Bachelor’s Degree, major in Logistics and Supply Chain management is preferable

• Good understanding of driver operations (driving hours, rest time, on-route issues)

• Strong ability to supervise and control driver discipline fairly

• High integrity, responsibility, and honesty

• Able to handle urgent and unexpected situations (breakdown, accident, manpower shortage)

• Basic understanding of cost and KPI control (fuel consumption, vehicle availability, accidents)

• Language proficiency: Native Thais level, Professional English level

• Computer skill requires MS office (Words, Excel, and Power Point) however if can do MS access will be an advantages.

The role is based in Bangkok (ICD Ladkrabang)
