Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the maintenance and growth of existing large and complex accounts to drive long term profitable growth by maintaining or growing share.
  • Identify key growth opportunities and advance the relationships with customers to fully develop opportunities for growth, profitability, and strategic positioning.
  • Deeply understand key customer’s needs and offer corresponding new solutions to strongly support customer’s business growth, network expansion, or sale channel diversification.
  • Achievement of sales budget and payment management cooperation with finance and supply chain.
  • Address to significant customer concerns or complaints on a daily operational basis.

We are looking for

  • Strong negotiation skills resilience and result-driven
  • Ability to decode the customer needs and to design adapted solutions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as negotiation capabilities
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English
  • Good sense of responsibility and execution
