As a Senior Communications Coordinator you will be responsible to Develop and implement the internal and external communication strategy for corporate affairs and public relations at APMT Quetzal.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the company's internal and external communication strategy in the country.
- Coordinate advertising and promotional plans in media outlets.
- Promote stakeholder activities to enhance the company's corporate image.
- Organize and host visits to the Terminal to foster better relationships with key stakeholders.
- Maintain an updated database of key contacts for public relations management.
- Communicate the company's policies, guidelines, and strategies.
- Coordinate the company's participation in various media to promote its services.
- Arrange the company's involvement in forums, congresses, and meetings.
- Provide support when required for meetings with chambers, trade associations, and authorities related to the company.
- Oversee media and social media monitoring.
- Coordinate with the regional team for the publication of news or relevant articles on social media and communication channels.
- Supervise the publication of magazines and written media on port and maritime topics.
- Prepare newsletters, flyers, press releases, and announcements on relevant topics.
- Support assigned functions derived from the above responsibilities and assist the immediate supervisor.
- Carry out other activities of similar nature and complexity as requested by the Area Manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 to 5 years in similar positions.
- Management of technological tools, Office, social media.
- Must be customer service oriented, sensitive to the needs of the departments and others.
- Advanced English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Availability to work in the city and the port of Quetzal.
