
Job Description
The Business Analyst researches and analyzes improvement opportunities, conducts thorough analysis, prepares strategic recommendations, and facilitates efficiency enhancements across the organization. This role develops comprehensive business requirement documents and detailed specifications. Working under the direction of the management team, the Business Analyst researches and documents business issues involving workflow procedures and processes. Additionally, the position analyzes data and collaborates with management to develop creative and effective solutions.
