About the role
As Regional Solution Configuration Engineer, you will design and configure cost-effective, high-quality Lead Logistics solutions that address complex customer requirements and can be implemented and executed successfully. Reporting to the Regional Head of Solution Design Engineering, you will work closely with Growth Managers, Sales, Opportunity Management, Product, Technology, Implementation, and Customer Experience teams. You will own the solution journey from initial customer design workshops through solution sign-off, translating business processes, organizational needs, and technology landscapes into scalable and sustainable solutions that create measurable value.

Design complex, customer-focused Lead Logistics solutions with regional and global impact.
Lead business and technical design workshops with customers and key internal stakeholders.
Collaborate across Product, Technology, Sales, Implementation, and Customer Experience teams.
Influence product capabilities, implementation quality, customer satisfaction, and profitable growth.
Key responsibilities
Own and manage customer solutions from initial design workshops through customer sign-off on the solution design.
Understand and connect customer business processes, organizational design, and technology landscapes to create detailed solutions with measurable business value.
Lead business and technical design workshops focused on complex global supply chain processes.
Translate customer requirements into clear use cases, functional design requirements, and technical system requirements.
Define the functional data flow and integration architecture between customer systems and Maersk platforms.
Perform fit-gap analyses between Lead Logistics product functionality and customer requirements.
Support Regional Lead Logistics Product Managers and Solution Engineers in sales and pre-sales engagements, including solution scoping and estimates.
Estimate implementation effort and support Implementation Managers in managing scope against contract and identifying required adjustments.
Partner with implementation teams to ensure the approved solution design is translated into an operationally executable solution.
Support design efforts for multi-product or complex solutions to confirm feasibility during implementation.
Capture and share best practices across the Lead Logistics community and contribute customer and implementation insight to the product roadmap.
Who we are looking for

Bring 10+ years of experience in supply chain and logistics, including implementation of complex solutions in enterprise customer environments.
Hold a bachelor’s degree in a supply chain-related field.
Have experience with Procure-to-Pay processes, vendor-managed inventory, transportation, logistics, or related solutions.
Understand supply chain management practices, supply chain strategies, and industry best practices.
Bring familiarity with SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems.
Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, technical, and process-oriented capabilities with a focus on quality outputs.
Lead customer and stakeholder discussions effectively, listen and learn, and communicate complex details at the appropriate level.
Work collaboratively across an international matrix organization while remaining resilient, goal-oriented, and effective with minimal supervision.
Navigate ambiguity confidently, seek knowledge across a broad stakeholder network, and develop pragmatic, innovative solutions.
Communicate fluently in English across written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal settings.
Supply chain and Lean Six Sigma certifications are considered an advantage.

Salary: $120,000 – $130,000*
*The stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary and may be adjusted based on market conditions, experience, and location. Final compensation will be discussed directly with the selected candidate(s) in compliance with all applicable laws.
