Job Description
Key responsibilities:
- Inventory counts: Planning, executing and analyzing inventory counts to ensure inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Implement and monitor all quality-related action plans on the shopfloor to ensure compliance with established standards and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of quality inspections, deviations, and corrective actions taken, and report to management for continuous improvement thereby maintaining high quality standards.
- Train and support floor staff in quality inspection processes and the use of inventory equipment to promote a culture of quality awareness.
- Support the system quality team to ensure that quality control measures are followed and that any deviations are promptly addressed.
What you should bring with you:
- You have a degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
- You have experience in a warehouse and distribution environment, with a focus on quality control, inventory management, or a related area.
- You can demonstrate advanced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and can work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- You bring advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on preventing inventory discrepancies and improving process efficiency.
- You are communicative in both German and English.
- You are motivated to work in a team and can communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
