Job Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Inventory counts: Planning, executing and analyzing inventory counts to ensure inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies.
  • Implement and monitor all quality-related action plans on the shopfloor to ensure compliance with established standards and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of quality inspections, deviations, and corrective actions taken, and report to management for continuous improvement thereby maintaining high quality standards.
  • Train and support floor staff in quality inspection processes and the use of inventory equipment to promote a culture of quality awareness.
  • Support the system quality team to ensure that quality control measures are followed and that any deviations are promptly addressed.


What you should bring with you:

  • You have a degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
  • You have experience in a warehouse and distribution environment, with a focus on quality control, inventory management, or a related area.
  • You can demonstrate advanced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and can work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • You bring advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on preventing inventory discrepancies and improving process efficiency.
  • You are communicative in both German and English.
  • You are motivated to work in a team and can communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
