Product Manager- Philadelphia
Maersk is transforming global trade by integrating container logistics through technology, data, and customer‑centric solutions. We are looking for a Product Manager to own TwinTrade, a core optimization product supporting commercial and operational decision‑making across trading and supply chain control.
This role owns the TwinTrade product end to end, partnering closely with traders, logistics specialists, and data scientists to translate complex business challenges into actionable, trusted, and value‑driving optimization outcomes.
Responsibilities & Tasks
- Own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle for TwinTrade, from vision and discovery through delivery and value realization
- Translate Frey’s product strategy and Supply Chain Control ambitions into a clear, prioritized TwinTrade roadmap
- Lead discovery with traders and logistics colleagues to identify optimization opportunities, decision pain points, and adoption barriers
- Frame complex and ambiguous business problems as optimization and decision‑science challenges with clearly defined objectives, constraints, and success criteria
- Partner closely with data scientists to shape optimization logic, constraints, confidence scoring, and learning loops
- Continuously assess whether optimization outputs are actionable, trusted, and delivering real business outcomes
- Drive adoption by embedding TwinTrade insights into commercial and operational decision‑making processes
- Define and track product KPIs, including optimization coverage, adoption, decision accuracy, and realized gross profit impact
- Act as the primary product owner and decision‑maker for TwinTrade in cross‑functional forums and lead product team ceremonies

Pay Transparency
For this role, the base salary range is USD $100,000 – $120,000 per year, depending on location, experience, and qualifications.
