Responsible to leverage RCM infrastructure and to Collaborate with Vendors / Terminal Operators / Vessel crews in monitoring and hyper caring Reefer Cargo shipments

Purpose of the role
The role is responsible for leveraging RCM technology to monitor reefer cargo shipments, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with company policies and import regulations. It also involves coordinating with internal teams and meeting customer expectations through timely and effective shipment management.
You will be Responsible for:
- Leveraging RCM technology to monitor Reefer Cargo shipments.
- Operating with a customer-first mindset within the team, ensuring common understanding and focus on adding value to Maersk’s bottom line.
- Planning, following up on, and executing Trial and Hyper Care projects, ensuring deviations and malfunctions are identified promptly and appropriate actions are taken to prevent major deviations in temperature readings.
- Establishing connections with Reefer Technicians within the team and collaborating with the RCM Product Team to identify and resolve technical bugs, where applicable.

- Upholding the company’s vision, values, and ethics through professional behavior and effective teamwork.
- Ensuring all process-related communications are handled in a timely manner and issues requiring investigation are addressed with root-cause analysis and concrete corrective actions.
- Maintaining a proactive approach to customer engagement at the leadership level by offering suggestions and solutions to further strengthen the value chain.
- Identifying and proposing changes that support standardization and improve quality, timeliness, and productivity, resulting in increased efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in SCM/logistics/shared services
- Experience in customer interaction roles preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree (Except Any B.E Disciplinary)
- Willingness and flexible to work in all shifts (Note: Cold Chain Excellence Execution operates 24/7, so week offs may fall on any day of the week)
- Working knowledge of MS office products and ability to quickly adapt to software

Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of Reefer Shipment and Equipment handling
- Previous knowledge on Maersk internal applications and tools viz. such as GCSS, COMET, GSIS, SAP
- Knowledge in executing SQL, Macros

- Customer Orientation
- Attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Ability to collaborate and manage stakeholder expectations
- A good team player
- Proven experience in collaborating with Vendors & suppliers – challenge the Status Quo
