Job purpose
The role is accountable for reliable process migration and continuous service improvements in line with Air & LCL operational objectives. Acting as a process system-focused contributor, the role partners closely with cross functions and teams to translate business requirements, operational insights, and user feedback into structured improvements and system enhancement opportunities.
Key responsibilities
Migration Relevant
- Quickly understanding business requirement via learning and handover, identify process optimization opportunities in collaboration with stakeholders during execution.
- Establish a transferable and machine-readable knowledge bank of business knowledge and process.
- Continuously evolve in business understanding and system enhancement.
System Relevant
- Assess end-to-end Air & LCL process flows to identify value contribution, control gaps, process pain points, and improvement opportunities, converting operational observations into structured recommendations for future-state process and system design.
- Act as a business-process interface to the Technology team by providing clear requirement clarification, operational data points, user feedback, and practical process expertise through daily and weekly development discussions and iteration reviews.
- Adopt and leverage product knowledge, operational experience, digital mindset, and emerging AI capabilities to challenge existing ways of working, promote standardization, and contribute to solutions that enhance customer experience, productivity, scalability, and process resilience.
Required experience & skills
- Demonstrates strong learning agility and self-drive, with the ability to leverage tools, knowledge resources, and emerging technologies to quickly build subject matter expertise in Air & LCL operations.
- Applies analytical, innovative, and constructive challenge-based thinking to evaluate process logic, identify non-value-added activities, and recommend practical improvements.
- Comfortable operating in an environment of frequent system and process change, with the ability to provide logical, evidence-based, and actionable feedback to support continuous improvement.
- Results-oriented mindset, with the ability to create urgency, take ownership of deliverables, resolve issues effectively, and sustain progress despite ambiguity or operational constraints.
- Diploma or above in Engineering, Computing, Artificial Intelligence, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related discipline.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively across Operations, Area stakeholders, and Technology teams in a matrix environment.
- Effective stakeholder management capability, including the ability to understand requirements, align expectations, influence through facts, and follow through on agreed actions.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills, with the ability to articulate process issues, requirements, and recommendations clearly.
