You will be Responsible for:
Documentation Management:
Handle daily documentation tasks in accordance with client/process IOPs.
Ensure all documentation is prepared accurately and submitted timely to relevant stakeholders.
Adhere strictly to IOPs, checking any deviations with stakeholders beforehand.
Technical Support:
Support peers with technical or process-related challenges during process execution.
Perform root cause analyses in the event of escalations to identify and resolve issues.
Quality Assurance:
Focus on data quality to ensure that Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met.
Maintain an up-to-date understanding and training of processes and IOPs to create high-quality documentation.
Training & Development:
Train new hires on processes to ensure they are well-equipped to handle their tasks efficiently.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in documentation management and process execution.
Strong understanding of import/export documentation requirements.
Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to data quality.
Ability to adhere to and enforce strict procedures and guidelines.
Strong analytical skills and experience with root cause analysis.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in training and mentoring new hires is a plus.
May train new hires on the process(es).
