Key responsibilities
The People Partner Manager plays a critical role in driving operational excellence within the People function. This position ensures efficient service delivery, data integrity, compliance, and continuous improvement across all HR processes and systems, supporting the organization’s strategic goals through scalable and employee-centric solutions.
HR Service Delivery
Oversee core HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, employee records management, and HR helpdesk support.
Ensure timely and accurate execution of HR transactions throughout the employee lifecycle.
Lead and develop a team of HR professionals to deliver high-quality services.
Process Optimization
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, automate tasks, and enhance employee experience.
Standardize HR procedures across business units and geographies.
Compliance and Governance
Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws, internal policies, and audit requirements.
Maintain documentation and readiness for internal and external audits.
Support procurement in conducting compliance audits with agency partners.
Stakeholder and Vendor Management
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless operations.
Address escalations and resolve service delivery issues promptly.
Strategic Projects and Capability Building
Oversee implementation of MPACT and development programs across business units.
Support culture-building and strategic planning initiatives.
Ensure compliance with global People projects.
Team Development and Guidance
Provide clear guidelines, tools, and processes to enhance effectiveness and consistency across the HR team.
We’re looking for
- Minimum 5 years of experience in People Partnering, with strong understanding of business operations within the logistics and/or warehousing industry.
- Proven experience managing third‑party vendors, such as manpower agencies.
- Strong background in employee and labour relations, with solid knowledge of local labour laws and regulations.
- Demonstrated leadership experience working within a matrix organisation.
- Excellent communication skills with strong stakeholder management capabilities.
- Strong business acumen and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Willingness to travel domestically to various operational sites.
