Summary:

The Operations Intern will lead a key project focused on analyzing operational workflows, conducting KPI time studies, and supporting the alignment of performance dashboards across functional teams.

Responsibilities

In addition to the key project, the Operations Intern will support day‑to‑day operations across multiple areas, including:

  • Operations
  • Customer Service
  • Planning & Scheduling
  • Purchasing
  • Warehouse Management
  • Transportation

Typical responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with data collection, analysis, and process evaluations
  • Supporting cross-functional collaboration and problem‑solving
  • Participating in operational meetings and project discussions
  • Helping identify opportunities for process improvements
  • Providing general administrative and reporting support to operational leaders

This internship provides hands-on experience in operations management, customer onboarding, and cross-functional coordination within a dynamic business environment.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with others without direct authority
  • Willingness to work as a team player
  • Ability to take direction and execute tasks effectively
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to organize and lead team efforts and meetings when needed
  • A sense of urgency and proactive problem‑solving mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

Work Environment

This position is based in a temperature‑controlled food storage warehouse, providing exposure to real-world warehouse operations, inventory flow, and logistics processes.

Pay Range:

$20.00 - 24.00*

*The above-stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
