About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Counter Agent to join our Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting daily operational activities, with a strong focus on documentation, system accuracy, and the timely issuance of delivery orders.
This is a back-office position that requires a high level of attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Review and examine incoming documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Check and verify relevant parameters across internal systems.
Issue delivery orders to customers through the local system.
Ensure that requests and transactions are processed accurately and within the required timelines.
Collaborate with internal teams to support smooth and efficient operational processes.
Follow established procedures and maintain a high standard of data accuracy.
What We’re Looking For
Hebrew language proficiency – written and verbal (required).
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Ability to learn new processes and systems quickly.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced operational environment.
Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
A collaborative team player with a positive and easygoing attitude.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
