Performance Team handles end-to-end warehousing and distribution logistics needs utilizing our strategic network of storage facilities. Our facilities are capable of receiving, storing, processing and dispatching cargo, so we can build flexibility and resilience into the supply chain process. Our integrated solutions allow us to be prepared for supply chain risks, so we can plan distribution to better achieve lead time and goals despite unexpected conditions. Our extensive experience, connections, and deep expertise across different sectors, industries, and transportation modes, means we can be counted on for process excellence that will save time and money.

Summary:

Responsible for administrative duties as assigned.

Shift Mon-Fri 9am to 5:30pm

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Bilingual Spanish and English

  • Experience with PowerPoint

  • Affective communication skills

  • Work in multiple office stations as needed

  • File documents

  • Sort and separate labels

  • Create inbound/outbound files

Education and/or Experience

High School Diploma. Six months to one year related experience and/or training; or

equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.

Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the

organization.

Mathematical Skills
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions,
proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of
basic algebra and geometry.


Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in
written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete
variables in standardized situations.


Skills Computer
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of
MAS90/200/500 Accounting software. MS Excel Spreadsheet software, MS Outlook and
MS Word Processing software.

move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision,
distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust
focus.

Pay Range:

$28.00

*The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
