Key Responsibilities:

  • ​Will be responsible for handling counter Chile tasks.

  • Ability to communicate in Spanish and English, both verbally and in writing with stakeholders.

  • Must be detail-oriented and capable of multitasking, as responsibilities include invoicing and payment collection.

  • Has responsibility for handling daily issue resolutions via email and chat tasks in line with the Client/Process IOP's and ensures quality of service is maintained at all times.

  • Handles concerns thru ticketing system similar to case management.

  • Managing and creating of receipts and invoice, release of cargo, payment validation.

  • Has accountability for preparation of export/import documentation and submission of the same timely and accurately to stakeholders including OBL (Original Bill of Lading).

  • May perform root cause analyses in the event of escalations.

  • May train new hires on the process(es).

  • Commitment to accuracy, timeliness and compliance with established procedures.

  • Strong accountability and attention to detail.

  • ​Demonstrated efficiency, flexibility and productivity in work practices.

  • Willingness to take on additional tasks as assigned.


​Who are we looking for:

  • Bachelor’s Degree any course. College undergraduate is also acceptable.

  • Fluent in Spanish and English Language in verbal and written.

  • With 1-2 years Spanish Experience in Logistics/Shipping /Customer Service Support in a BPO set up / or other industry.

  • Prior experience with Maersk systems is also an advantage.

  • Knowledge of SAP and strong technical skills are considered a plus.

  • Flexibility to work on permanent night shift schedule and weekend shifts or other schedules when necessary.

  • MS Office Proficient

  • Amenable to work in Pasig City.
