Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze relevant business data and information to come-up with operationally sound, cost efficient, and sustainable supply chain solutions.

  • Cost modeling

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders such as Operations, Lean Experts, Commercial, IT, and QMS for solutions vetting which is critical to quality.

  • Liaise with functional group to confirm viability of cost estimates, project timeline, and other matters leading to zero failure in service delivery.

  • Support new business transition team in technical documentations and design execution from preparation to project go live.

End results

  • Value-based solution development and presentation to key stakeholders

  • Cost estimates’ accuracy

Accountabilities:

  • Achieve KPI of business development

Who Are We Looking For

  • A bachelor’s Degree, majoring in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, is preferable

  • Preferable to have at least 5 years of relevant experience in Solution Design/Operations role in Logistics Company

  • Vertical exposures to Fashion & lifestyle, retails, e-commerce will be an advantage

  • Demonstrate advanced understanding of modern DC operations for different commodity / customers

  • Demonstrate advanced understanding of e-commerce technology, local and cross border fulfillment for different commodity / customers

  • Strong ability to understand, communicate with, and effectively interact with people across cultures and countries

  • Good analytical, conceptual thinking and problem solving skills

  • Good command of English, both spoken and written

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office

  • Proficient in designing tools such as AutoCAD is a plus
