About the Role
We are looking for a Logistics Vendor Documentation Analyst to support the onboarding and compliance processes of logistics service providers and vendors in the U.S.
This role is responsible for ensuring all service workers, vendors, and operational partners meet required compliance standards before activation and throughout engagement. You will manage onboarding workflows, background screening processes, and compliance tracking systems to ensure adherence to company policies, client requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
This opportunity is ideal for candidates with experience in operations, call centers, or logistics environments, who are detail-oriented and comfortable working in high-volume, process-driven settings.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred
1–3 years of experience in operations, vendor onboarding, compliance support, or back-office roles
Experience in call center, logistics, 3PL, or high-volume environments is highly desirable
Exposure to background checks, onboarding processes, or data validation.
Experience working with vendors or external stakeholders
Skills & Competencies
Advanced English (C1) – mandatory
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage high-volume tasks with speed and quality
Experience with data tracking tools (Excel, Airtable, CRMs, or similar)
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to follow structured processes and meet deadlines
Proactive mindset with strong follow-up and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities
Vendor Onboarding & Verification
Interaction with US vendors
Review and process onboarding submissions to ensure accuracy and completeness
Validate required documentation and screening requirements
Ensure vendors meet all requirements before activation, including:
Background checks (e.g., First Advantage or Candid)
Drug testing (5-panel)
Motor Vehicle Records (MVR) for drivers
Data Tracking & System Updates
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in internal systems
Track onboarding progress and update status consistently
Ensure all records are complete, accurate, and audit-ready
Vendor Communication & Follow-up
Communicate with vendors and stakeholders on pending requirements
Perform consistent follow-ups to ensure timely completion
Provide clear guidance on next steps
Issue Resolution & Escalation
Identify discrepancies or missing information
Escalate complex issues and support resolution
Coordinate reprocessing when needed
Quality & Compliance Support
Support audits and ensure adherence to defined processes
Maintain accurate documentation and audit trails
Work Model & Schedule
100% on-site role
Initial 5-week on-site training period
After training, schedules will be assigned within the following shifts:
6:00 am – 3:00 pm / 7:00 am – 4:00 pm (Daylight Saving Time)
9:00 am – 6:00 pm / 10:00 am – 7:00 pm (Daylight Saving Time)
Flexibility required to work weekends during peak seasons (2 times per year):
Spring (April–May)
Holiday peak (September–October)
