Key Skills: As a key member of the technical leadership team, you will serve as a liaison to the larger Fulfilled by Maersk Engineering community. The ideal candidate is one who has successfully led the solutioning, design and development of complex Integration Engineering solution at scale; is passionate about technology and knows how to get results; is driven to create and build; is operationally credible; possess a relentless focus on the customer; and can effectively build, inspire and lead teams.

Who You Are

  • Proven experience designing and delivering large-scale, high-performance integration solutions in hybrid (on-prem + cloud) environments.
  • Strong background in EDI management, API design, and microservices-based architectures.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions) and containerized workloads.
  • Adept at translating business objectives into technical strategies and measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills — able to simplify complex ideas for diverse audiences.
  • Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving ability, and bias for action.
  • Recognized as a technical thought leader with credibility across engineering and business teams.
  • Hands-on experience in modernization from legacy to Microservices.
  • Hands-on experience in migration from Legacy (Sql ) databases to Nosql.
  • Ability to fully understand business goals and metrics, turn data into insights, and translate requirements into actionable analysis
  • Able to present and communicate technical concepts in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, supported by excellent written and oral communication
  • Exhibit a strong work ethic and technical thought-leadership
