Purpose of the role

The SCM Specialist (JL2) will be responsible for execution of supply chain operations across 3PL/4PL processes, reporting, and customer interactions. The role requires strong focus on accuracy, SLA adherence, and effective communication with stakeholders.

You will be Responsible for:

  • Executing end-to-end SCM operational activities, including milestone tracking, reporting, validation, and exception handling.
  • Ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of daily, weekly, and monthly deliverables (PO trackers, KPI reports, customer updates).
  • Supporting high-volume, multi-client operations while adhering to SLAs and process guidelines.
  • Supporting operational activities across 3PL/4PL workflows, including vendor coordination, shipment tracking, and data validation.
  • Ensuring accurate tracking of milestones and reporting of shipment status.
  • Handling transactional activities across reporting, documentation, and visibility processes.
  • Managing customer queries, follow-ups, and basic escalations with ownership.
  • Ensuring the quality and timeliness of customer responses.
  • Preparing operational reports with high data accuracy.

Qualifications

  • Graduate with 3–5 years of experience in SCM/logistics/shared services
  • Experience in customer interaction roles preferred
