
Lead Logistics Customer Experience and Operations Specialist
Job Description
Acts as the owner of the job file and has responsibility for creating
and updating of shipping documents and Customer Invoices in the system.

You will be Responsible for:
- Owns all SCM Operations activities under file management for the customers under purview.
- Key Activities include: All file management activities post booking, Documentation, System Updates, Operational finance
- Proactive communication with customer service in case of exceptions.
- Supporting Customer Service in customer query resolution and exception handling.
Required Criteria:
- Graduate of any bachelor's degree.
- Fluent in English with good communication skills.
- 3-5 years of experience
- Good in Excel & System Knowledge
- Should be flexible for Rotational Shifts
- Should be comfortable for 5 days Work from Office
