Purpose of the rol

Responsible for driving the buying strategies for local agreements, maintain global support for tenders and develop new vendors,

Performance management for our suppliers in Mexico

Responsiblities

·Method & practice Agility: Leverages Agile method elements in approach practices by preparing user stories, defining, selecting, and deselecting product features to deliver product vision outcomes·Pricing / Quoting for LCL customers ( Spots , Tenders, Small BCOs)·Vendor management / create performance management routines, create buying strategies, improve GP margins for services quoted locally·Maintain local rates updated in global rate cards, maersk.com GTM·Participate in ad hoc projects within the Delivery/ CX department that may result in a reduction of operational costs or performance improvement.·Be permanently updated on market prices and possible development•Customer needs analysis•Pricing Strategy•Product development •Business modelling Competencies•Process Excellence•Project Management•Stakeholder management•Logistics knowledge•Product leadership•Ensuring accountability•Courage & resolve•Effective Communication
