Purpose of the role
To ensure accurate, timely, and compliant execution of LCL export FINOPS processes, while driving operational efficiency, cost control, and continuous improvement across documentation handling, financial operations, and exception management.
Key responsibilities
Perform FINOPS task, including creating Invoice to collect payment and PO to pay cost to vendors, by the requested of accuracy and timeliness.
Adherence with and delivery Health Metrics KPI.
Ensure FINOPS IOP, SOP and KPI are strictly complied with and all operations are smoothly handled in cost effective manner.
Monitor Profitability of shipments and accounts level, to ensure business are operated at healthy profit.
Set-up/ Analysis report and find ways to improve quality of work in a continuous improvement manner.
Take ownership of the customer/ carrier issues and solve issue in an urgent and responsible manner.
Coordinate with BCO and CIP to sustain KPI performance and process improvement
Other Responsibilities
Support customers/other teams to resolve issues and exception handling.
Initiative to improve daily operation, both in productivity
Critical Competencies
At least 01 – 03 years’ professional working experience at similar finance operation role(s) in freight forwarder.
Language proficiency: Professional English level, Native Vietnamese level.
