
Integrated Sales Representative for Automotive, Energy and Technology (Chinese Customers)

To support our growth ambitions with Chinese multinational customers across Europe, Maersk South West Europe is looking for a dedicated and entrepreneurial Integrated Sales Representative to join our sales organization.
This role will focus on developing and expanding relationships with Chinese customers operating across the Automotive (Tier1, OEM's), Energy (including Battery and Renewable Energy) and Technology sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving commercial growth by leveraging Maersk's integrated logistics capabilities and working closely with customers throughout their European expansion journey.
The position is preferably based in Spain (Madrid, Valencia or Barcelona) and requires frequent travel, as well as regular engagement with customers and stakeholders in China.
Key Responsibilities
As an Integrated Sales Representative, you will:
- Develop and manage a portfolio of Chinese customers within the Automotive, Energy and Technology sectors.
- Drive profitable growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding Maersk's footprint across customers' supply chains.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Work closely with Maersk's Integrated Sales network, Global Account teams, Customer Experience, Operations and Product organizations.
- Engage proactively with our Solution Design and Engineering teams to develop compelling, customer-centric end-to-end logistics solutions.
- Understand customer supply chain challenges and translate them into tailored solutions across Ocean, Air, Inland Transportation, Customs, Contract Logistics, Warehousing and Lead Logistics services.
- Lead commercial discussions, opportunity qualification, pipeline management and contract negotiations.
- Coordinate cross-functional resources to ensure successful customer onboarding and business growth.

Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking an experienced sales professional with a strong customer focus, a growth mindset and proven experience in logistics and supply chain management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Native Mandarin Chinese speaker is required.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Knowledge of a second European language is highly desirable.
- Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Business Development, Key Account Management or Commercial roles within shipping, freight forwarding, logistics or supply chain management.
- Proven track record of developing and managing strategic customer relationships.
- Experience supporting Chinese multinational companies or Chinese customers expanding internationally is a strong advantage.
- Good understanding of the European logistics landscape and supply chain challenges across the Technology, Energy and Automotive sectors.
- Strong consultative and solution-selling capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a matrix organization and across multiple countries.

The ideal candidate will be able to identify customer pain points and work alongside Product and Solution Design teams to develop integrated logistics solutions that deliver measurable value.
Additional Requirements
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently across Europe.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM tools.
- Candidates must hold a valid European work and residence permit
