Key Responsibilities
As Customer Experience Manager – Hungary, you will lead and develop the CX organization in Hungary, ensuring a high-quality, consistent, and customer‑centric service delivery across the market. Your main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Lead, coach, and develop the local CX team, ensuring clearly defined annual targets that balance quality, cost, and consistency.
- Oversee performance management, monitoring all assigned KPIs and ensuring timely corrective actions for non‑compliance.
- Identify, attract, and retain talent; provide continuous learning and development opportunities.
- Ensure the team is trained and operates in alignment with global Maersk standards and local regulatory requirements.
- Take full responsibility for the customer experience regarding import and export activities, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and external regulations.
- Oversee documentation flow related to import–export operations to ensure smooth execution.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, promoting strong collaboration across functions.
- Review, validate, and manage relevant operational documentation and reporting requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
We Are Looking For
- Experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or Supply Chain roles.
- Strong customer‑centric mindset with a passion for delivering world‑class Customer Experience.
- Solid planning skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proven leadership experience, with the motivation to develop and grow a high‑performing team.
- Ability to influence, communicate, and collaborate effectively across functions.
