About the role:

The Head of Compliance is a senior leadership role responsible for the strategic oversight, governance, and execution of customs brokerage compliance, responsible supervision and control (RS&C), and trade compliance services across the United States.

In this role, you will:

Compliance Governance & Responsible Supervision

  • Define, implement, and maintain Responsible Supervision and Control (RS&C) standards in accordance with 19 CFR and CBP requirements.

  • Serve as the accountable executive for customs brokerage compliance programs.

  • Coordinate internal and external audit activity and remediation.

  • Trade Compliance & Consulting Services

  • Lead trade compliance and consulting services including classification, valuation, auditing, and post‑entry activity.

  • Support client onboarding, compliance assessments, and business reviews.

Leadership & Talent Development

  • Lead and mentor compliance and consulting teams.

  • Oversee multi‑tiered training programs for employees and clients.

Operational Excellence

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and compliance metrics reporting.

What you bring:

  • Licensed U.S. Customs Broker (required)

  • Minimum 15 years of customs brokerage and trade compliance experience

  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Job Type: Full Time

Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 USD*

Benefits: Full-time employees are eligible for Health Insurance, Paid Time Off, and 401k Match.

*The above-stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors, such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
