Key Responsibilities:

[Junior Position (사원-대리급)]

  • Support process excellence by improving productivity, and quality and lowering costs of the operation within Distribution Centers by identifying, defining, and implementing process and operational improvement initiatives.

  • Support solutions design initiatives for small to medium size business development or process improvement projects.

  • Support initiatives to standardize solutions across the region, working closely with the in-country solutions design teams to coordinate.

[Senior Position (과장-차장급)]

  • Productivity Improvement:
    + Drive year over year improvements in operational efficiency using Maersk productivity improvement methodology.
    + Conduct on the floor assessments of DCS operations and generate potential improvements.
    + Analyze financial justification of major operational investment and projects.
    + Relentlessly drive programs and initiatives for productivity improvements and labor cost reductions for the company.

  • Solutions Design:
    + Develop small to medium sized DCS solutions for both strategic business development and productivity improvement projects.
    + Define and drive operational best practices.
    + Assist the DC Managers on forming the network of operational leaders from countries who work on best practice validations and the standardization of DCS solutions.

  • Staff Training:
    + Design, develop, and facilitate key training & development programs.
    + Share process improvement programs or operational best practices among the Operational Leadership Council.

We are looking for:

  • 2 – 10 years of 3PL Operations or OE (Operations Excellence) working experience, including 3PL operations, operation process innovation planning & implementing, cost saving, data analysis.

  • Strong leadership and management skills.

  • Experience in BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc), MS SQL, VBA etc.

  • Six Sigma Yellow/Green belt certified.

  • Data managing and analyzing.

  • Good command of both spoken and written English (Business Level) and Korean

  • Strong ability to understand, communicate with, and effectively interact with people.

  • Analytical, conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong MS office skills (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
