Role:

Maersk seeks an accomplished Employer Branding Specialist to design and implement innovative employer branding strategies, positioning the organization as an employer of choice within the industry. This role is based at our Bangalore office and reports to the Global TAA People Solutions Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, manage, and enhance social media channels related to recruitment and employer branding, including diverse content creation.
  • Support brand communications for both internal and external audiences through physical and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Establish strong and sustainable talent attraction strategies targeting various candidate segments to reinforce Maersk's position as an Employer of Choice.
  • Build trusted relationships with Business Leaders and HR stakeholders.
  • Collaborate extensively with senior stakeholders across multiple regions.
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert on Employer Branding, providing insights into best practices, external benchmarks, strategic recommendations, and innovative solutions to support business objectives.
  • Foster long-lasting partnerships with external stakeholders.

Key Interdependencies:

Internal stakeholders include the extended TAA team, HR Business Partners, Business Leaders, Communications, and Branding Teams. External stakeholders comprise vendors, media representatives, event agencies, recruitment forums, and prospective candidates.

Critical Competencies:

  • Several years of experience in communications and branding, ideally within People Functions or Talent Acquisition.
  • Background in marketing, digital platforms, or agency environments is preferred.
  • Demonstrated expertise in brand-aligned communication, developing candidate engagement initiatives, and creating digital campaigns.
  • Strong capabilities in thought partnership, creative problem solving, communication, and stakeholder management.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of current communication trends.
