strategy for a small to medium cluster, geographic area or tradelane.
Leads a local sales team to ensure delivery of business objectives and
targets.

Role responsibilities:
Deliver on Area Budget Targets:
- Lead and Guide the Sales Team: Establish clear goals for the cross-border sales team and align their efforts with the area’s budget objectives.
- Drive Revenue Growth: Coach and empower the team to identify opportunities, close deals, and achieve organic growth.
- Translate Market Needs into Actions: Help the team interpret market demands and convert them into actionable insights for internal use.
- Unify Efforts Across Teams: Promote collaboration across departments to efficiently reach strategic goals.
- Deep Market Understanding: Analyze cross-border market trends and translate findings into actionable strategies.
- Develop and Monitor Strategies: Design and oversee both immediate and long-term plans that align with business priorities.
- Stay Ahead of the Competition: Continuously assess competitive landscape and industry trends to maintain a strategic edge.
- Engage Key Customer Stakeholders: Build and strengthen relationships with senior decision-makers to maximize strategic partnerships.
- Demonstrate Agility: Adapt swiftly to changes, manage uncertainties, and maintain performance under pressure.
- Encourage Innovation and Proactivity: Foster creative solutions, financial awareness, and prioritize sustainable, impactful growth.
Effective Stakeholder Management Across Area, Regional, and Global Levels:
- Share Customer Insights: Provide regular and actionable feedback to the Direct Transport Sales Head based on customer interactions and market dynamics.
- Facilitate Lead Sharing: Actively identify and transfer relevant leads to MGF sales teams to support broader sales efforts.
- Prioritize and Allocate Resources: Assess urgency, establish priorities, and direct resources efficiently to achieve budgetary goals.
- Drive Innovation and Accountability: Communicate clear ideas and solutions while addressing performance gaps and fostering a culture of responsibility
Develop and Lead a High-Performing Sales Team:
- Plan for the Future: Establish robust succession plans for critical positions, including your own role.
- Empower Team Growth: Provide personalized coaching to support the success and professional development of team members.
- Inspire and Motivate: Cultivate a highly engaged team and promote a collaborative, positive work environment.
- Refine Sales Expertise: Focus on enhancing sales skills tailored to the direct transport segment to drive long-term performance.

Building and fostering a skilled team of sales representatives is essential, as is delivering sustainable, value-driven solutions for our customers throughout every phase of our product and solutions lifecycle.
You are self-motivated, articulate, and possess a natural ability to build relationships and influence at the senior level. You excel in a fast-paced environment, effortlessly managing multiple stakeholders, embracing change, and confidently navigating moments of uncertainty with poise and resilience.
We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:
- University graduate with at least 5 years of experience in similar roles (Sales Manager Cross Border, etc)
- Strategic mindset focused on long-term growth
- Results-oriented, experienced leader
- Exceptional communication skills and eloquence
- Extensive expertise in contracting and legal terms
- In-depth knowledge of the Mexico-US-Canada Cross Border market
- Strong growth-focused mentality
- Positive, adaptable, and resilient
- Quick to learn and apply new concepts
- Operates with a strong sense of urgency
- Collaborative team player with a winning mindset.
