  • Develop and execute the district Air strategy, translating growth ambitions into measurable station-level priorities and performance indicators.
  • Oversee day-to-day Airfreight operations, ensuring service quality, productivity, safety, contractual compliance, and adherence to applicable regulatory requirements and Maersk policies.
  • Build a robust Northeast Airfreight network, including operations serving JFK, EWR, BOS, PHL, gateways, Air Operations Centers, and other strategic airport destinations.
  • Provide station leaders and operational teams with guidance on operational execution, process standardization, systems, human resources, communication, and revenue enhancement.
  • Partner with Commercial, Key Client Management, and Vertical leadership to strengthen customer retention, convert pipeline opportunities, expand margins, and develop new Air products and solutions.
  • Build leadership capability through talent identification, succession planning, performance management, engagement planning, training, and leadership development.
