Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a dynamic sales leader who excels in people leadership, strategic hunting, and managing internal collaboration to drive sustainable growth and elevate our market presence. You will be responsible in guiding and coaching the team to maximize our customer potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those plans to the upper management.

  • Lead, coach, and inspire the Sales Team to achieve growth targets through strong people leadership, performance management, and continuous development.

  • Drive new business growth by identifying, pursuing, and winning new opportunities while ensuring a healthy balance between short-term results and long-term strategic expansion.

  • Collaborate effectively across functions, including Customer Service, Trade & Marketing, and Product Teams—to deliver seamless customer experiences and align on commercial priorities.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer decision-makers to deepen partnerships and uncover new value-creation opportunities.

  • Ensure commercial excellence through accurate forecasting, effective sales systems, and disciplined execution that drives profitable and sustainable growth.

  • Sales Functional Excellence (Sales Engagement and their development)

Who We Are Looking For

  • Over 10 years of experience in the shipping and logistics industry, including 3+ years in a leadership role managing sales teams.

  • Proven track record in business hunting and expansion across multiple logistics products such as Ocean, Trucking, Customs, and Air.

  • Strong people leader with deep understanding of the competitive landscape and the ability to coach, inspire, and elevate team performance.

  • Strategic and results-driven, experienced in driving execution and achieving outcomes in complex, matrixed organizations.

  • Excellent communicator and negotiator with strong commercial acumen, fluent in English and Vietnamese, and confident in engaging C-level stakeholders.
