Vi søker Customs Process Administrator, Poolavdeling, til våre kontor i Halden.

Vi søker etter Customs Process Administrators til vår poolavdeling i Halden. Arbeidsoppgaver er plassert både ved FrontOffice og BackOffice. I poolavdelingen jobber det 4 personer. Du vil jobbe på våre ulike
avdelinger i Operations, og sikre at våre kunder har rett tolldokumentasjon for at de skal få en smidig grensepassering.
Vi leter etter deg som vil ha et variert og utviklende arbeid. Du er serviceorientert og har evne til å, på en hyggelig måte, løse kundens oppdrag raskt og nøyaktig.
Vi søker etter deg som har:
• Erfaring fra toll-/spedisjonsbransj eller annen arbeidserfaring og fullført videregående utdanning.
• Positiv innstilling og evne til å skape gode kunderelasjoner
• Gode språkkunnskaper i norsk eventuelt svensk, og engelsk, både skriftlig og muntlig
• Høy servicefølelse og er løsningsorientert
• Lett for å jobbe i team, men også har gode evner til å jobbe selvstendig
• Mulighet for høy fleksibilitet i arbeidstider og -oppgaver, og til å kunne stille opp på kort varsel
