Whilst the role is advertised as full-time, we can offer flexible working arrangements for this role, such as hybrid working up to 60% of the time, adjusted working hours, and other alternative working patterns.
We offer
We are looking for a Customs Process administrator who owns all customs operations for the customers. The role is part of a wider team based in Genoa.
Main job responsibilities
- Perform customs operations and customs clearance processes implementation,
- Collect data and create necessary reports,
- Manage Value Added Services operations, including Trucking, Customs House, Brokerage (CHB), Warehousing and Cargo-Insurance, on a daily basis,
- Planning and procurement of VAS as per customer requirements,
- Cooperate closely with all internal and external customers,
- Manage relevant import-export documents,
- Communicate with customs authorities.
Who we are looking for:
- Experience in managing import/export operations is a plus
- Good communications skills in English language, Italian language should be at mothertongue level
- Proactive and structured, with a focus on reaching set business goals
- Solution oriented, willing to learn and highly responsible and able to create and maintain a good working environment
