Key Responsibilities

• Execute customs-related operational and administrative activities in compliance with local and international customs regulations.

• Prepare, review, and maintain customs documentation to support import, export, transit, and other customs clearance processes.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, customers, customs authorities, and external service providers to ensure timely customs execution.

• Monitor shipment progress and support issue resolution to minimize delays and operational disruptions.

• Ensure accuracy and completeness of data entered into customs and operational systems.

• Follow established procedures, policies, and compliance requirements while maintaining high-quality operational standards.

• Identify operational exceptions and escalate non-routine issues when required.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to process optimization within the customs operations function.

We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, customs operations, or a related supply chain environment.

• Good understanding of logistics and international trade processes.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• Customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
