Key Responsibilities
- Attend Personal Hearings (PH) and respond to Show Cause Notices before Customs authorities.
- Manage Customs Licence Applications and Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) certification processes.
- Handle Manifest / Import General Manifest (IGM) Amendments for Ocean and Air cargo clearance.
- Prepare and submit formal representations and correspondence to Customs authorities.
- Manage Export Promotion Capital Goods (EPCG) Scheme benefits, Advance Licence refunds, and closure of open Customs cases.
- Obtain Quality Control Order (QCO) permissions for Warehouses and Container Freight Stations (CFS) as required by customers.
- Manage Multimodal Transport Operator (MTO) Licence, IATA Licence, and Console Registration processes (Good to know).
