Our Customs Department delivers top-tier customs services to a wide range of customers and we’re looking for a skilled and driven leader to take this new department to the next level.

Your Role:
As Department Manager, you’ll lead your team through an exciting period of growth and transformation. Over the next year, we’ll be implementing new procedures and standards to strengthen our service offering.
In practical terms, this means developing core processes and infrastructure to deliver predictable, high-value services to our customers. You’ll work closely with other internal functions, ensuring that our clients receive reliable, efficient customs services.
This is a varied and dynamic role, offering new challenges and learning opportunities every day.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and service-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about both developing talent and nurturing customer relationships. You’re someone who embraces challenges and enjoys variety in your work.

You have:
- Solid knowledge of customs brokerage
- Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing, in Scandinavian languages and English
- Time management skills and the ability to structure and prioritize customer procedures
- Knowledge of specific customs procedures or duty and taxation issues (beneficial but not required)
- Supply chain competence (beneficial but not required)
- Managerial experience with a desire to develop your leadership skills further
