APM Terminals
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to manage the customers within our Cold Chain Logistics business. This role demands end-to-end ownership of customer relationships, operational execution, and financial accountability, ensuring seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Account & Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring consistent engagement and satisfaction across all touch-points.
Cold Chain Execution Coordination: Oversee the full life-cycle of cold chain logistics—from sourcing to final delivery—ensuring temperature integrity, timely execution, and operational excellence.
Finance Collections & Dispute Resolution: Manage receivables, drive timely collections, and resolve financial disputes with a customer-centric and solution-oriented approach.
Qualifications:
Strong stakeholder management across internal teams and external partners
Demonstrates high ownership, initiative, and a proactive mindset
Excellent analytical skills and program management capabilities
Effective communicator with the ability to influence and drive outcomes
