Key Responsibilities:
The role of Customer Experience Consultant is to take full responsibility for customer experience by managing the end-to-end shipment process in compliance with all company procedures and regulatory requirements.

Activities may include the following (but are not limited to):

• Be the primary point of contact and act as an advocate for our customers.
• Customer onboarding and actively build strong relationships with customers and gain an understanding of their business, service needs, drivers, and desires to continuously improve cooperation and process to the mutual benefit of the customer and Maersk.
• Ensure smooth execution of the end-to-end shipment lifecycle. Be the owner of all operational issues, work closely with the customer as well as internal stakeholders to facilitate timely and effective solutions.

• Be fully responsible for customer satisfaction. Engage with customer regularly in service calls to identify improvement opportunities.
• Manage and improve day to day process interaction with customers by leveraging detailed customer knowledge.

• Proactively review reports, data, monitor customer shipment status via Maersk systems and identify opportunities for improvements.
• Commercial intelligence: In-depth knowledge about the industries where customers operate. This includes carrying out the actions to obtain more cargo.
• In general, actively seek out and act on continuous improvement opportunities both in relation to customers and internal / external stakeholders
• Always behave in a manner consistent with and loyal to the A.P. Moller – Maersk values


We Are Looking For
• At least 1-3 years' experience in Shipping, Logistics industry.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to communicate confidently and effectively in both Thai and English.
• Passion for driving results and delivering high-quality customer service with strong Customer Centricity mindset.
• Demonstrates strong ownership, is result-oriented, and well-organized with ability to work under pressure.

• Embraces a continuous improvement mindset - proactive, deliberate and always striving to do better.

• Proven ability to manage stakeholders and build strong business relationships.
• Team player – Works together with others in the business unit to achieve results, fosters teamwork.
