Key Responsibilities:
• Delivers a positive customer experience for all customers and ensures a smooth execution of the end to
end shipment lifecycle by working closely with the customer and internal teams.
• Manage interaction with the refrigerated cargo customer portfolio. Have direct communication with the
customer.
• Create bookings, keep records updated as per customer needs.
• Manage shipping instruction & VGM submission and keep closed follow up of cut offs.
• Manage communication with internal stakeholders.
• Keep records and data update for customer follow up.
• Analyze how to improve the service provided to customers.
• Is responsible for customer satisfaction and has experience with customer interaction.
• Understands customers' business drivers, needs and requirements.
• Handles incoming customer services queries, issues and exception management.
• May support the Customer Experience Partner and internal teams.
We are looking for:
• At least 3 years of experience in similar roles.
• Experience in Maritime Transportation (preferable),
• Experience in logistics desirable.
• Experience in reefer cargo is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, foreign trade or similar field (new grads are invited to apply).
• English: Intermediate.
• Proactive.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Negotiation skills.
• strategic thinking and influence.
• Organized person.
