Principais responsabilidades:

  • Garantir excelência no atendimento ao cliente;

  • Assegurar a entrega de documentos dentro dos prazos acordados;

  • Realizar notificações proativas sobre o status dos embarques;

  • Gerenciar exceções e sinistros de forma eficiente, com foco no cliente;

  • Gerenciar e acompanhar parceiros logísticos;

  • Garantir visibilidade das etapas do transporte;

  • Manusear documentação obrigatória (Bill of Lading, Fatura Comercial, Packing List, Certificado de Origem);

  • Identificar oportunidades de melhoria contínua;

  • Atuar em parceria com o Account Manager para fortalecer o relacionamento com o cliente;

  • Colaborar com equipes locais e o Global Service Center.

Nós estamos procurando por:

Diferenciais / Experiência desejada:

  • Experiência na coordenação de embarques LCL e Buyers Consol;

  • Vivência em atendimento ao cliente no setor logístico, tanto nacional quanto internacional;

  • Conhecimento operacional em processos de exportação e importação;

  • Experiência com SAP será considerado um diferencial;

  • Ensino superior concluído em Comércio Exterior, Logística ou áreas correlatas;

  • Inglês avançado.
