
Customer Experience Agent
Job Description
Owns and manages the end-to-end customer experience within the assigned
scope in Ocean, in compliance with relevant company procedures.
Typically handles a large number of customers or larger, more complex
customers, including special needs such as booking, customs,
documentation, filing, legal, dangerous or special cargo and/or lack of
e-channel use. Manages accounts with large business impact, defined by
volume and/or revenue contribution to the Area scorecard.

The role is based at our Bucharest, Romania office.
Key Responsibilities
- Manages end-to-end shipment processes in compliance with relevant company procedures.
- Owns all customer issues and facilitates their timely and effective resolution by engaging relevant internal stakeholders.
- Executes independently with limited guidance and is capable of supervising others as relevant.
Who we are looking for
- University Degree
- Fresh graduate or max. 1-2 years of experience; experience in a similar position in container shipping, logistics and/or supply chain and knowledge of container business will be an advantage
- Good command of both written and spoken English
- Good level of MS Office programmes
- Customer centricity mindset and focus on details, accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure keeping strict deadlines, good at time management
- Excellent communication skills and proactive perspective
- Collaborative approach, team player
- Willingness to learn and develop
