
Compliance and Quality Assurance Partner
Job Description
Audit & Compliance
- Plan, conduct, and document internal, supplier, and customer audits to ensure compliance with legal, customer, and company standards.
- Monitor vendor compliance and follow up on audit findings and improvement actions.
- Maintain audit records and ensure readiness for inspections.
Quality Management
- Manage and continuously improve the Quality Management System in line with applicable standards (e.g. ISO, SMETA).
- Track quality and compliance KPIs and support regular reviews with stakeholders.
- Maintain quality documentation and certification records.
Training & Continuous Improvement
- Deliver basic training on quality, compliance, and audit awareness.
- Analyze audit results and quality data to recommend practical improvements.
- Work closely with operations and vendors to promote a strong quality culture.
Others
- Take on ad‑hoc quality or compliance tasks as needed.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in quality management, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
Professional Qualifications / Certifications
- Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems and applicable international standards, including ISO 9001, ISO 22000, SMETA, CTPAT, and relevant legal requirements.
- ISO Internal Auditor / Lead Auditor certification or background in QHSE, Compliance, or Risk Management is highly preferred.
Experience
- Hands-on experience in planning, conducting, and closing internal, customer, and supplier audits, including corrective and preventive action (CAPA) management.
- Experience in vendor onboarding, evaluation, and ongoing compliance monitoring.
- Proven capability in document control, audit reporting, and maintaining certification and audit readiness.
Other Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
