Job Description

Understand, participate and assist in process reengineering.

Understand, participate and assist in Defining and implementing global standard processes.

Willing to be part of the team that engages with other stakeholders to learn alignment on the process and roles and responsibility.

Assist in documenting process maps and help in preparing Process mapping tool.

Try to Critically understand and evaluate the efforts and time spent. Participate actively, align with senior members in the team and be a member of the process expert and voice of accounting team in various forums and meeting with cross functional teams.

Assist in drafting user stories, testing and implementing ideas for process improvements.

Understand the inefficiencies in the existing ATR processes and provide assist by suggesting ways of minimizing them.

Willing to learn and gain expertise in new technologies that can cater to further improvement of ATR processes.

Learn & Assist Standardization drives, compliance and adherence to controls

Understand and assist senior team members in developing and update of Global process landscape & Standard Operating Procedures which act as significant source of guidance for the ATR.

Understand and assist senior team members in developing processes to reduce exceptions and bring continuous standardization in line with industry benchmarks.

Assist communication with the organization emphasizing the drive for standardization & adherence to set controls.

Open two-way communication with organization on any areas requiring further review.

Assess and assist senior team members to critically review and assess the potential solutions against the business requirements, providing best in class IT solution at end-to-end scale.

Help in evaluating the processes on end-to-end scale & work towards optimal standard solutions leading to automated efficient processes. Assist in preparing and improving accounting policies to suit current business environment

Suggest and assist in implementing new process solutions and technology to meet financial standard reporting requirements of IFRS and GAAP.
