ASRS Warehouse Technical Support Specialist

Job Description

Key responsibilities:

Participate in the daily operation of the ASRS warehouse; Diagnose and troubleshoot automation equipment, IT equipment and WCS software; Manage the operation and maintenance of automation systems, including but not limited to fault statistics, spare parts inventory, preventive maintenance plans, and fault reporting/repair; Ensure that the automation system supports daily operations to the greatest extent possible; Collaboration and communication among internal functional teams; External supplier management; Other operational and maintenance work related to the software and hardware of ASRS warehouse.

Requirements:

More than 3 years of experience in equipment installation and commissioning; Bachelor's degree or above in related fields such as Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Automation, or Mechanical Manufacturing; Over 3 years of experience in key roles for large and complex industrial projects (such as industrial robots, stackers, conveyors, etc.); Familiarity with various automation standard components, including but not limited to PLCs, mechanical systems, electrical systems, etc.; Understanding of integrated automation projects, including IT architecture, software modules, business processes, etc.; Experience in the logistics industry is preferred; Strong sense of responsibility and strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Proficient in Office software and the Windows operating system; skilled in AutoCAD and other diagramming and programming software; Good spoken and written English skills.

参与日常自动化仓库的日常运营 自动化设备的日常故障应对，包含但不限于自动化设备、IT设备以及WCS软件； 管理自动化系统运营和维护，包含但不限于故障统计、备件统计、预防性保养计划、故障报修/维修； 保证自动化系统最大程度支持日常运营工作； 内部相关职能团队的合作和沟通； 外部供应商管理 及其他有关自动化仓库软硬件相关的运维工作；

任职要求：

3年以上设备安装、调试相关工作经验； 机电一体化/电气/自动化/机械制造等相关专业,本科或以上学历； 3年以上大型复杂工业项目（工业机器人、堆垛机、输送机等）关键角色经验； 熟悉各类自动化标准件，包含但不限于PLC、机械系统、电气系统等； 熟悉集成类自动化项目的概况，包含IT架构、软件模块、业务流程等； 拥有物流行业经验的优先； 责任心强，且有较强的分析和解决问题能力； 熟悉Office软件、Windows操作系统，精通AutoCAD及其他看图编程软件； 良好的英语口语和写作能力；
