Key responsibilities
Lead and develop both the growth (incl bid and solution design) and execution (operations) teams across all verticals in Northeast Asia area.
Ensure team members possess the skills, knowledge, and motivation to achieve agreed outcomes.
Create resource plans and associated business cases where applicable.
Drive and execute the product’s strategic initiatives across verticals in the market whilst ensuring operational capabilities are in sync.
Engage proactively and set direction with the commercial teams.
Collaborate with stakeholders in the Area Leadership Team
