We are looking for a Billing Agent for Spain to join our dynamic and outstanding team in Barcelona.

You will be responsible for managing the customer experience by handling billing for end-to-end inland services, in compliance with all company procedures and regulatory requirements.

This position is based in Barcelona (Spain).

Key responsibilities

  • Invoice customers for services provided.
  • Handle all customer issues related to billing and facilitate their timely and effective resolution, involving relevant internal or external stakeholders.
  • Provide value to customers through effective solutions, with strong business and process understanding.
  • Maintain a customer-centric approach, helping to avoid errors and implementing preventive measures to eliminate recurrence.
  • Prepare and submit all documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Comply with processes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Maintain effective and proactive communication by regularly participating in conference calls with clients and vendors to ensure smooth process flow.
  • Collaborate with commercial and operational teams to establish and strengthen customer relationships.
  • Execute reports or other tasks assigned by the Team Leader or Manager.
