Acts as the owner of the job file and has responsibility for creating
and updating of shipping documents and Customer Invoices in the system.

Key Responsibilities:
Contract & Dispute Management: Handle logistics contract-related matters, Invoice processing, including amendments, invoicing discrepancies, and dispute resolution.
Case Management: Manage customer issues such as delays, discrepancies, or logistics-related queries, ensuring quick resolution and customer satisfaction
KPI Metrics: Manage customer and Maersk internal KPI’s including analysis and proactive measures.
Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain role, preferably within the shipping and logistics industry.
Problem-Solving Skills: Proactive and self-motivated, capable of performing root cause analysis to resolve logistics issues independently, such as shipment delays or route optimization challenges.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities, with the capacity to evaluate logistics performance metrics, optimize routes, and reduce lead times.
Resilience Under Pressure: Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle logistics challenges, such as disruptions or high-priority shipments, with a high sense of urgency.
Adaptability: Eager to learn and adapt to evolving logistics technologies, such as automated tracking systems and digital freight management
Shift Flexibility: Open to working in rotational shifts, including evenings, weekends, and during high-demand periods such as peak shipping seasons.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in logistics-related software and Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
