Job Description

You’ll own this mission, and work closely with the marketing, people and talent teams to bring it to life.

Your role at Made Tech

Reporting into our Head of Talent, you will:

  • Be responsible for the overall employer branding strategy
  • Build a diverse and inclusive attraction strategy, working in collaboration with the people and talent team
  • Define our Employer Value Proposition (EVP) and use it to tell our story to prospective candidates
  • Develop and execute multi-channel hiring campaigns and content for digital and social channels
  • Own the careers and academy pages on the Made Tech website
  • Own Made Tech’s presence on off-site talent platforms
  • Identify and help run events to engage with prospective talent
  • Identify partnership opportunities with communities, organisations and universities
  • Manage budget and delivery timelines
  • Use data to track all employer branding efforts to improve future strategy and execution

Requirements

  • Experience in an employer brand or recruitment marketing position
  • Experience attracting from the tech talent market, or other highly-competitive market, in the UK
  • Using social media and talent platforms to their best advantage
  • Building attraction campaigns and implementing employer brand campaigns
  • Building relationships and internal networks with other team members
  • Written and spoken communication
  • Collaborative working
