The Role

Are you a communication-savvy IT enthusiast? Do you have a passion for technology and IT processes? Then this position might be the right fit for you! We're currently seeking a Working Student to join our IT team and support us in improving our communication and documentation processes.

What you'll do

  • Work out a communication plan to ensure that all relevant IT information is shared effectively with stakeholders.
  • Responsible for writing and communicating concrete IT information for internal use, ensuring that all information is clear, concise, and easy to understand.
  • Help maintain and improve our documentation, including updating and restructuring our internal management systems.
  • Work closely with our IT team, as well as other teams in the organization, to ensure that all IT-related communication and documentation is up-to-date and accurate.

What you bring to the table

  • Background in communication or a related field, with a strong focus on written and verbal communication.
  • IT and tech-affine mindset and are passionate about technology and IT processes.
  • Keen to learn new things and are quick to grasp new concepts and technologies.
  • Able to work independently and take initiative, but also work well in a team environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of German languages is a plus.
